WATER METER REPLACEMENT

VERMONT WATER UTILITIES, INC

THIS IS NOTICE OF REQUIRED MAINTENANCE OF VERMONT WATER UTILITIES, INC OWNED EQUIPMENT

AS PER COMPANY RULES APPROVED BY THE STATE OF VERMONT CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO ALLOW THE COMPANY ACCESS TO ITS EQUIPMENT (METERS) AT ALL TIMES WITH REASONABLE NOTICE.

BETWEEN THE DATES OF APRIL 23, 2015 AND APRIL 30, 2015 THE WATER METERS WILL BE REPLACED IN YOUR HOME.

WE NEED YOUR ASSISTANCE IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

1. CONTACT THE COMPANY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR METER REPLACEMENT DURING THIS TIME PERIOD.


2. LOCATE THE WATER METER IN YOUR BASEMENT.


3. PLEASE BE SURE THE AREA AROUND THE WATER METER IS CLEAR TO ENABLE THE WORK TO TAKE PLACE.


WE WILL DO ALL WE CAN TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR APPOINTMENT NEEDS. NORMAL REPLACEMENT TIME IS APPROXIMATELY 1 HOUR.

THERE MAY BE SOME EVENING AND WEEKEND APPOINTMENT TIMES AVAILABLE. PLEASE PHONE OR EMAIL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO ENSURE YOU GET THE TIME THAT WORKS BEST FOR YOU.
